Delivery
You want to order or have just ordered. So what happens between the time of placing your order and the time of delivery.
We are happy to explain that to you.
The process
- Your order will reach us. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
- Have you placed your order before 3 p.m.? Then it will be shipped the same day. The exception is orders with engraving. This usually takes 1-2 days longer.
- Once your order has been presented to the parcel service you will receive an e-mail with the track&trace link. This allows you to track the order.
